2024-25 CAC Fall/Winter Registration Information
INTRO
Tuesday/Thursday 5-545 | $125
Swimmers must be able to complete 1/2 a pool length unassisted.
INTRO COMPETE
Tuesday/Thursday 5-6pm, then the 3rd practice can be any other day of the week (Mon/Wed/Fri 5-6pm) With Coaches permission, if a swimmer cant make Tues/Thurs, they may swim any other nights. Please email Coach Jon. | $145
JUNIOR
Junior swimmer may swim any 4 nights of the week (Mon/Wed/Fri 5-615, Tues/Thurs 545-7) | $175
SENIOR
Senior swimmer may swim all nights of the week (Mon/Wed/Fri 5-630, Tues/Thurs 545-715) | $195
SATURDAY MORNING practices are open to EVERYONE (INTRO PLUS, JUNIORS, SENIORS) 745-930am (we will do 20-30 minutes of dryland/stretching/team activity before practice)

USA REGISTRATION INFO/COST
All swimmers will have to register with USA Swimming. New Swimmers have 2 weeks to register and returning swimmers must register by December 1st. INFO TO FOLLOW IN SEPARATE EMAIL ON USA REGISTRATION.

EQUIPMENT/APPAREL/SWIM SUIT
This is the link to the team store. It will be open till Thursday Sept 15th with delivery around Oct 1st. Swimsuits will be available in stock before the first competition.
MEET SCHEDULE
CAC attends 1-2 meets per month. Schedule will be posted on CAC website. Meets are not required but we do try to keep most meets local for everyone to attend at least one of the days.
