Congratulations to CAC Seniors who will be off to college at the end of the month!!

Congratulations to Ben Chidley, Sarah Taranelli, Sohum Bulsara, and Delaney Reck who will be attending college at the end of this month and they continue to keep up the tradition of CAC swimmers who attend, swim and excel in college.

In the past 9 years, Connecticut Aquatic Club has produced the top swimmers in the Southeast CT Area, but more importantly the swimmers have succeeded in the pool and in the classroom. Here are a few accolades involving academics and swimming, plus a list of colleges that CAC swimmers have went on to. It is very challenging to combine academics and swimming and succeed at both. Because CAC only asks the older swimmers to practice a limited time, they can focus more time on academics while still getting enough pool time to be the best program in the area.

Congratulations to Drew Jalbert and Ben Chidley who competed at the CPAC Sectional Champs this past weekend!!

This past weekend, some of CT's fastest senior swimmers competed at the CPAC Sectional Champs. Drew Jalbert swam numerous best times and finaled in many events. Drew broke 5 CAC Team Records this past weekend. 50 Fr - 21.26 7th (NEW TEAM RECORD) 100 Fr - 46.39 - 7th (NEW TEAM RECORD) 100 Fly - 49.27 - 3rd (NEW TEAM RECORD) 200 Fly - 1:51.11 - 3rd (NEW TEAM RECORD) 200 IM - 1:53.44 - 7th (NEW TEAM RECORD) 100 Br - 58.71 - 7th 200 Bk - 1:57.16 Ben Chidley swam ALL BEST TIMES this past weekend and finaled in the breaststroke events at night. 100 Br - 59.41 13th 200 Br - 2:10.40 13th 50 Fr - 22.69 100 Fr - 50.79 100 Fly - 55.70
